At Wigspire, we don’t just sell wigs; we share confidence. We pour love and care into every piece, and our greatest wish is for you to fall in love with your new look the moment you open the box.

However, we know that finding the perfect style is a journey. If it’s not a perfect match, we are here to make it right—hassle-free.


1. Return Policy at a Glance

To ensure fairness and hygiene for all our Queens, please note our return conditions:

  • 30-Day Window: Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Original Condition: The wig must be unused, unwashed, and in its original "Brand New" condition.

  • The "Uncut" Rule: For a return to be accepted, the lace must remain uncut, and all original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Hygiene Tip: We kindly recommend wearing a wig cap when trying on your piece for the first time.


2. How to Start Your Return

We’ve made the process simple and transparent:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to servicewigspire@gmail.com with your Order Number and a clear photo of the item’s current condition.

  2. Get Authorization: Our support team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide you with the return shipping address.

  3. Ship it Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. (Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged).

  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.) within 5-7 business days.


3. Exchanges

Found a different style or color on our site that you prefer? We’d love to help you swap! Simply mention "Exchange" in your email, and our stylists will assist you in finding your perfect match.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If we made a mistake or your package arrived damaged, please let us know immediately! We will cover all costs to send you a replacement and make things right. Your satisfaction is our absolute priority.
